How to get rid of trans sim’s penis?

I made a trans woman sim, but when I went to custom gender settings, “this sim has a penis” option was gone, replaced by “does this sim pee standing up”. I don’t want her to have one, how can I fix this? Am I missing something? Thanks!

Hello, since update 169a, the cas option “does this sim has a penis” has been reverted back to the original option “does this sim pee standing up”. You can manually change sims' genitals in live mode :

Regular click on the sim you want to customise > under the "wicked" menu > personalization ... > anatomy & clothing ... > genitals ... > and here you can set your sim to have either a penis or a vagina.
