I am using slavetats to apply some tatoos to an npc, but i'd like these tatoos to be completely part of her; can i fuse the tatoo texture into its body texture somehow, with the dds files? So that even if i uninstall/reinstall the mod he already got the tatoos, no need to use slavetats. Maybe with GIMP?

Yes, Photoshop is fine too, you just need to be able to create the DDS . The advice is to use general textures, so that you can correctly position the various tattoos, and then, transfer them to the NPC you want to customize

Create a layered PSD anyway, so you'll have it ready for transfer. It will be enough to replace the texture of the body, close it and save it as DDS
