No option for pregnancy test & sim not getting pregnant.

I have had WW for a few years now and just got back onto playing sims 4 with WW installed (Updated version) 

 

I have followed WW's guide on how to turn the menstrual cycle off, but when i do this my sim can no longer take a pregnancy test on the toilet.

and there is also no notification advising my sim may now be pregnant. 

 

Only way for her to use a pregnancy test is if I have the menstrual cycle turned on.

There is no indication after a few days that she is pregnant even with the chance of pregnancy being 100%. 

 

Can anyone help?
