Muscle "mass" sliders for LE CBBE??

as part of a greater plot i would like to track down muscle "mass" sliders for the LE CBBE body (similar to what HIMBO has but for the CBBE mesh)

 

the goal here is to be able to tune a body for Barbie to Amazon and Ken to Bodybuilder {or any point on the square)

 

Please note i have Googled many times and everything is either NOT LE CBBE mesh or does not do actual mesh tweaking
