Is there a way to turn screenshots into wall art without S4S or other software?

Hey! I was just wondering if the only way to turn in game photos/screenshots was through blender or sims 4 studio? Is there an easier way?

You display the pictures on walls. (Taken in-game with a phone or camera) Just drag and drop from the inventory if I recall correctly.

As for CC paintings, you don't need blender. But a 2D editing software and Sims 4 Studio is mandatory.
