Nipple sliders by Cmarnyc don't work. Is there any fix for it?

None that I am aware. Key is that the part needs to also be listed as enabled for nude, I believe. Cmar's sliders are geom based and matched to her mesh. VERY slight changes to her mesh can be made, and have the sliders still work. If the vertices of the mesh are merged during work, it's over. There are a couple of imperfections in the mesh, that you probably won't see or be able to re-split correctly if you do.

 

In the past, I have used CTU and put textures on the nude mesh, as CTU looks into your folders for the default nude top. If person downloading doesn't have Cmar's top, it won't matter. Key is that the part needs to also be listed as enabled for nude, I believe.

 

One suggestion, Blender 2.8 with Smug's geom tools will export a mesh and fix seams. You're showing the neck and waist seam. MTK fixes this also, but don't recall if it affects whether the sliders work.
