In New Vegas, i miss settlement building and adding more life to nearby settlers, very much. So i would like to ask everyone if there is a Vegas version of these mods ? Thank you.

Thanks! Does this mod also has something like Singing Settler ? unlike Fallout 4 where my settlers chat and properly interact with their surroundings, in New Vegas everyone around me is almost always silent and does not interact with their surrounding.
