I'd also like to know how to make them nude while showering. I searched in the files and couldn't find anything obvious to change, in both the fix files and the original demist.ini.

i think u need the square bikini mod to shower nude

Just put .ini file (1 only) into 'Mods' folder inside base game's folder.

Here are my id and demist files. No update has ever broken the feature for me with these settings. The only downside if you were to say there is one is that there is no door option. See screenshot for reference.
