Samira League of Legends in Sims 4

I might be going crazy but I saw a collection of CAS Sims somewhere on this site that had a pretty good interpretation of Samira from League of Legends in Sims 4. I lost that page and cannot find it anywhere through any search engine I have tried. 

 

Just wondering if anyone else had seen this somewhere / knows where it is or where to download it  / will tell me I'm crazy and that this never existed.
