The game is sth like Civilization series, but different. Seems very modable - everything needed seems to be stored in XML files. There is bult-in event editor with even a wizard to create own events!

There is "seduction" mod with limited capability - MC can seduce NON-faction-family NPCs to produce MC's bastards (can't seduce female rulers or their family). Poor netori and no netorare. https://oldworld.mod.io/seduction1

There are bult-in "lover" events, but are just flavor ones. Nothing overly spicy.
Savegames (just XML - you can edit, cheat etc.) have CK2/CK3 fat= rfat= equivalent for paternity fraud stuff, but I've NEVER saw any character to have different fat and rfat. Maybe some undiscovered events support that.
I cheat-edited saves to add "in love" and "lover" status between various males and females. Except boosting disposition it gave me nothing.
This one seems OK https://oldworld.mod.io/proper-family-trees1 but it needs to be updated (gamebreaking script freeze on Barbarian turn, unplayable).

So, guys, anyone tried modding or wanna try?

I believe that Old World has some promise with modding and events. With some effort I think adult mods, detailed events and lewd actions, or total conversions should be very achievable.
