Looking for a location mod

Does anyone know of any location/enviornment mod that has a doctor clinic or something like that.. ?

Also I remember there was a location mod which teleported you to a city where there was franklin's home (from GTA5) and also a gym i cant remember correctly if anybody knows of such mods please mention here
