No dialogues and no quests

I have Fuz-Doh-Ra Silent Voice but mods like Sexual Fame, Dovakhins Infamy, Simple Slavery Plus Plus and other like that ones that add sex related quests but none of them initiate the dialogues, this has as consequence that I'm ensalved and in the podium to be sold, but nothing happens, I'm just there, waiting to be sold, no dialogues, no friend to rescue me, nothing

Does anyone now how to fix this?
