REACHbody, Muscle Solution, and SligarTheTiger's THICC Preset are decent body presets. Muscle Solution and CBBE 3BA have nice normal maps.

 

You can use any armor for your body preset, given you have CBBE or UNP installed, and the armor has BodySlide files. You'll need to use BodySlide to create meshes for the body itself anyway, unless you like the CBBE or UNP defaults.
