Infinity load everytime i add a new mod, even if i disable one or some. [SOLVED, CAN BE DELETED]

Hey! Currently running skyrim se (1.6xx) or how you wanna call it. 

I end up with a infinity loading screen everytime i add a new mod and it doesnt matter if i deactivate one, two, or multiple.

Running on 156 plugins just which makes me wonder. 

 

Is there anything to get a log? I remember for Fallout 4 there's buffout and additional stuff such as crashloghelper that gave a general idea what could be wrong and helped to figure out problems. Is there something like that for skryrim SSE (1.6xx) beeing able to give me a log about infinity loading screens? I think Buffout just created crash logs when the game is crashing. However, my game wont crash. It just stucks where the main menu is supposed to load in.

Since i have a identical setup before i switched to a SSD but running into problems:
 

Can it be caused by having MO2 and Skyrim on different hard disks?
