Do you happen to know this mod options...?

Hi.

I'm running plenty mods in Skyrim. Including YPS fashion and Sexlab - Survival.

 

My character has several debuffs reducing movement speed... yet, I'm walking in full speed.

 

Do you happen to remember if there is an option in.. some mod.. that grants a minimal movement speed to prevent negative values? I'm thinking I have that set too high, but whatever gods you might believe in, I just can't find it anywhere.

 

Another theory is I've mistaken Player.setav for player.modav in the past, and now I have locked too high value. If that's the case, how do you think I could find out it's true?
