Trying to create my first quest mod

So I was able to create followers, farmers, npcs, merchants, houses, etc. and now I'm working on creating my first quest mod. My idea was to create a family for my character (mother, father, sister, bro, childhood friend, etc) and as a quest continues it would impact dialogue and relationships. Most of that I can figure out with videos online however, I have two issues that I want to do yet I cant seem to find any info online. 

1st. I would like an NPC to unequip their clothes/armor when they get into a designated area. Like for example a pool. I've seen a similar effect in Bathing beauties luxury suite, but I've been unable to figure out how to recreate that effect. 

2nd. I can't seem to figure out or don't know how to program a sex scene with sexlab in an ai package. If for example I complete a quest like hooking up my friend with someone, could I arrange it so they have sex every other night? How would I make that happen? 

any info would be helpful.
