Can't use crafting stations, or even just sit on a bench

If I try to use a station or sit, as soon as the station's menu appears, the player character puts her hands behind her as if cuffed and stands up.  Walks backwards a couple steps if I was trying to sit on a bench.  I -think- this means I'm stuck in a scene; but without a single hint of how I got this way I don't know where to research what the RefID of the scene might be.   'stopscene' insists on a RefID or name of a scene, is there another console command that might break me out of this problem?  Or is it not stuck in a scene but something completely different?  I do have a save where it hasn't started happening yet, but I'll lose a day of progress if I go back to it.  :/

Well that does something.   I start to drop to bleedout but then stand up and put my hands behind my back like they're bound.  I just stand there with no active player control, and 'enableplayercontrols' doesn't fix it. I have to player.kill again and start jumping to break out of it (which strangely doesn't work on the first player.kill.)   But, after regaining control, I still can't use crafting stations, same thing happens.

If using player.kill, drink a healing potion. This should end bleedout.

Another one is, start an animation. Eat a poison mushroom paralyzes you. This might fix the player restraijed issue.

I ate one of every kind of mushroom I had, only found one with Paralyze as one of its first 3 functions, but it wasn't the first entry for that shroom so it shouldn't have (and didn't) paralyze me, but regardless, I can use crafting stations again.  I don't know why it worked, but I'm glad it did.  Thanks @Tlam99!!

Paralyze removes player restrained if effect ends. Even if you didn't get paralyzed the remove restrained might have triggered, as it's

part of the poison.

In my player debug spell I use among others, exactly this feature as the last "remove blocking stuff" feature.
