[REQUEST] Benny Suit + Maria 9mm Pistol for Fallout 3

Hi there. I was wondering if somebody would provide an ESP that puts the Benny Suit and Maria 9mm Pistol from New Vegas into Fallout 3? I would be VERY grateful for any help. If possible Breezes/Roberts compatible? Not required, but preferably could it be placed somewhere not too early on, for example at Raven Rock?

I don't know about any mods that only add those two weapons, but a tale of two wastelands would allow you to play fallout 3 with all NV items so give that a look.
