coat rigging

I would like to release neros DMC4 clothes for Oblivion, but i am having some trouble with bottom part of coat. its ugly stretching at the bottom is major turn off. i also tried weight painting.

 

i tried copying from similar coat with no luck. what am i doing wrong? -.-

You visibly have weights from the right thigh copied to the left side. In blender, select the right thigh weight and remove the weights on the left side of the coat.

 

It should probably be fine then.
