A mod for water and food bartering

I started a new play through  with survival cranked to to 'goddam annoying'  and am slowly gaming the system with various mod options. Level 13 and I've found a total of 3 radaways, never more than 8 stimpacks (goddamn fallen followers needing to be 'woken up') and had to go a location that I knew had a hazmat suit because Fallon's hasn't had one to sell so I'm not constantly running around with a half red health bar .

 

 

Anyway, as I'm sitting there drinking irradiated water waiting to get the perk (which I never used to take (magic radiation absorbsion(sp) and eating two hundred year old garbage, wondering it takes my precious aluminum to purify water and hunting kits, I was thinking you can beg for help but nothing specific to food and water.  (that I know of)

 

I saw that there was a option in a mod, bj for smokes (which I haven't tried).  I've found 3 times the number of cigs that stimpacks and loot container seem to only have cigar boxes).

 

1. approach  any NPC scum (for taking advantage of you (I'm looking at you, Garvey, you lazy bum))

 

2. ask if they had food and/or pure water (maybe a set food item and/or pure water to get a set value)(for simplicity)

    one item for one act

 

     Salisbury steak and Purified Water has a wiki stated food value of 40 and a value of 20, In my current games the value is 32

     so set the base value to 50 (for example)

 

3. Barter (player options)

    a. pay caps (x value)

    b. trade items on person  (clothes/armor mainly to (x value) or above (no cash back)

    c. base sex for food

        1. oral

        2. vag /greyed out or alt for male pc

        3. anal

 

 4  Alternate money back discount. (offered after transaction finished)

        1. naked pose       (3 caps)

        2. naked dance     (5 caps)

        3. solo mast animation   (10 caps)

        4. additional act oral.vag/anal/creature (npc choice) (15 cap)

        5. group (2x)                    (20 caps)

        6. group (3x)                    (25 caps )               

 

 

If there's mod that does something like this, please point me to it.   If you're a modder this sure would be nice.
