Liara T'soni follower/preset?

I could've sworn there was a really good Liara t'soni follower or preset (I can't remember which one), for SSE somewhere, but I can't find it anywhere. I can find one for LE (Here), but I tried for hours and can't find a way to port it over  if anyone has a copy of the original mod, or could somehow port the one I linked from LE to SE, I would appreciate it
