TES5EDIT and changing the hair style (SOLVED)

Not strictly speaking, but you can equip wigs.  "Hair" per se is baked into the facegen, and that requires the CK to change.  But hair can be covered with a hat that looks like hair.

> I see. Thanks for the answer. Too bad for my prince don't know how to use CK even with tutorial for he doesn't understand it. There was a mod that use a spell and offers several Apachii hairstyles for NPCs, but it is taken down from Nexus.

I personally use this The Hairstyler SSE at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com).  I also use the summonable chest from this mod. Yundao Hair with physics SSE at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)
