Pony Express

So Skyrim has S.L.U.T.S which sets the player up as a ponygirl and sends her on delivery missions across Skyrim pulling a cart decked out in pony gear. Is this something that could be done in Fallout 4? My idea was a kinky re-creation of the old Pony Express, only using ponygirls instead of horses. The player would be locked in pony gear and a backpack (saddlebags) to deliver messages to settlements across the Commonwealth. They could be timed events with a punishment for failing to arrive in time, or punishments for losing the message, like if you were attacked and robbed, so the message was lost.
