Undressing question

Is there some way I can have my sims keep accessories like jewelry when using WW's 'undress completely' option? Undressing the top and then the bottom doesn't give the naturist buff with the leaf, only 'undress completely' and that removes all jewelry like earrings/necklaces and all face piercings in general. I just find odd that undressing removes the piercings

No. You have to take everything off manually. One at a time by hand.
