Problem with Social Events

Hello,

 

Since the EA game administrators forced an update in my game, I've not been able to get the menu for Social Event planning with the exception of weddings. I believe it's the Wedding Stories expansion pack that's messing things up. Are WW compatible with this expansion pack? Can I get some guidance on who to reach out to about this? It's ruining my gameplay because I can't plan parties any longer. I haven't removed any mods until I get some technical support, so I don't further mess up my exciting game. Please help.
