A mod that lets you create your own dialogue?

So this mod might very well exist because it seems like such a basic way of allowing you to create or "enhance" your little stories and what not on the fly.

 

You know those text boxes that appear whenever someone asks you to do something or tells you what your Sim is thinking? Why not make a mod (or please point me in its direction if it exists) to let you edit them yourselves? I know most people do this using the Sims 4 Studio but god damn is that stuff complicated for most people. Now I no doubt am underselling the complexity of this but i'm just curious as to if a mod like this already exists or if anyone else has thought of it?

 

Seems like such an easy way to easily create your own little stories/"conversations". Similar to that "personal diary" mod where you can keep a journal and edit it with your own text, title and even icons.
