Can't skip forced dialogue anymore (xbox1 controller)

I am not able to skip certain forced dialogues anymore on my xbox controller (A button). I know certain can't be skipped, but i know certain can like the courier or Lydia when she introduces herself. This didn't happened before i installed Ultimate dragons and Diverse dragons and new game.

 

I use a xbox scheme controlmap mod and Serios hotkeys aswell. 

 

I tried reverting controls back to default in game settings but no luck. 

 

Edit: deleted controlsmap_custom and reinstalled the controller scheme, but it's still not skipping. However i can skip with the mouse left button lol?? So im not sure what's wrong here.
