Just Business and animations?? Brave animation specifically

So if i have just aaf basic,kink,animal animations and i choose to initiate sex nothing happens. same a leito, savage, and crazy animations. i say "i will fuck you" and nothing happens. but as soon as i enable Brave animations then the transitions starts and then leito or whatever animation mod works. why is this? is Brave some sorta transition mod??
