Reanimation animation stuck (ritual stone)

Sometimes when i use the ritual stone, the reanimated corpses are stuck (standing still or static moving). Is this a common issue? I also use a ritual stone mod that disables the 1 per day use. 

 

I think this also happens when enemies get rag dolled before killing them. They are walking statically, but still dead. (Without ritual stone mod)
