Â Did you launch the game? It doesn't download until you launch the game normally (Which means not using SKSE) You don't have to play the game, just get the launcher up so it updates subscriptions.

Koko.Hekmatyar Posted July 6, 2013 Posted July 6, 2013 I did it myself using FO3 Archive, dds converter 2, and photoshop Jackga likes to use bsa files instead of leaving the meshes and textures loose. I'll upload it and post it here.  Leather Bear Armor - Red  P.s. I almost forgot to mention with the head piece I removed the hair from the mesh so you should be able to use it with any hair you want now.
