Wicked Whims should handle this automatically if it is installed correctly. Make sure Wicked Whims isn't more than one folder deep in your Mods folder. Make sure you have a properly configured Resource.cfg file. You can also check WW Body Selector to see what it is using: Click on a male Sim Wicked Whims Personalization Autonomy & Clothing Body Selector If you are still having problems after that, you probably have some bad CC or conflicting CC.
