Leave the illusion of vanilla at the door and indulge in your every desire with others who share the same thinking as you. No judgement, only enjoyment.

The rules are few but strict. Ask first. Get consent. Play safe. Have fun.

Ground level: features a beautiful reception area where first timers can have their questions answered. Wait for your partners/s before meeting up in one of our two bars. The blue room or the red room. No sex or nudity allowed in the reception, and no sex in the bars. (can't have sex in public places, after all.) Then go through the doors behind our reception desk and let loose one the dance floor. VIP? well, enjoy one of our three VIP areas, but remember to keep your hands mostly to yourself until you get to the top floor or basement.

Basement: 14 sex rooms, ready for your pleasure (or your hard-working whores to have some where to take their clients). Each room contains a comfy bed, an armchair, two beside tables, a pack of condoms and a box of tissues. The basement also leads to a BDSM room for your fellow extra kinky sims to train or punish their naughty subs and slaves. Additionally, a water-safe room for enjoying one of two hot tubs or taking a sexy soak with your partner.

Top floor: 10 rooms with floor to ceiling windows for your more exhibitionist members to put on a show. Each of the 10 rooms is themed, and with the carefully use of locking options, can be kept completely free from random sims showing up. The themes are:

- feminine themed pink playroom
- masculine themes boy playroom
- mini BDSM room
- office for those boss/secretary or college student/professor fantasy role plays
- wet room with two revealing showers and a bathtub for your water-loving sims
- dorm style room to relieve the memories of college days
- artist studio room for your arty sims
- mirror room for your narcissistic and ultra-exhibiitonist sims
- hospital/doctor's office themed room for your naughty nurses and dicking-down doctors
The top level has couches for your voyeur sims to watch the action. Main floor also has a mangers office/employee breakroom and toilets for your clients/members.

Lot traits are: Escort Call Center, LittleMsSam's No Gender and More Allowed and Hypersexual

Set the club up however you like, there are the backstage doors from get Famous at the end of each of the kink rooms if you want to lock them to employees only.

Two versions available: Buyable Club or Generic. Both have the same lot traits.

Buyable club means no automated workers but just change the lot type if you don't like it or don't have LittleMsSam's More Buyable Venues mod.

Generic means you can operate it as a strip club (there is a stripper pole in the dance room upstairs) or a brothel. (Generic version is named so.)

CC is included, but is mostly sex item related or paintings, all of which is have been made by the wonderful modders here, except for the marquee letters and neon light letters. Also includes some of my as-yet unreleased Boris Vallejo paintings. I forgot to take photos of the nightclub area and manager's office because I am terrible. Final pic is one of the regular sex rooms in action.
