How can i know what's the vanilla pose an NPC is doing right now?

Sometimes NPCs do poses that i like a lot, and i'd like to reuse them for something else, but i just can't understand what is the pose name, i read the whole list of all vanilla animations inside the skrim.esm but i just cant see the ones i'm interested into, i think they dont have a clear name

 

Is there maybe a command or something that tells me WHAT is the name of the vanilla pose an NPC is currently doing, while i'm in-game?

 

Specifically i'm interested in the name of 2 poses:

 

- the one with arms crossed, last time i saw it on Grelka when talking to her at night when she was leavin the stand.

 

- this one, with a hand on the hip, seen on Ysolda at the market sometimes and luckily i got it on Vex in this pic:
