[HELP] Bend in neck transition

I have for some time the problem that my character and NPCS in the neck transition have a bend (see picture).

When I look at screenshoots of creators who introduce armor, their characters never have that bend.

So I can assume that this is not normal.

What is the reason for this and how do I get rid of it?

I have had this problem with the BHUNP body and now with the COCO B body.
