need help fixing this neck seam

I've been dealing with a neck seam for a long time now, and I've tried to find the solution but I haven't found anything yet.

What I've tried

  • fresh install of game
  • fresh install of game and mods
  • reinstalling bodyslide
  • texblend
  • only installing cbbe
  • enb tweaks


The neck seam is for every character even males. I use Diamond textures and CBBE 3BBB for the body textures and meshes.
