Missing Anus

I’m having an issue and I’m sure it’s a conflict but not sure where to start looking. 
 

All my pawns that get spawned in lack an anus and even if I try to add one via Character Editor it doesn’t. I’m sure this happened after some update because my older original pawns do still have theirs and seem to work correctly.  Anyone have a similar issue or ideas of what might be causing it?

 

I do have most but not all the mods installed by Coffeeeee’s Lazy Installer. I do have a lot of race mods.  I’m just not sure where to start troubleshooting this. 
 

im not getting any relevant errors in my debug log other than a few references on the Cacturnae race but I don’t think that’s related.  
 

If you need some kind of log to help find the problem, what do you guys need?

 This was in the log when I attempted to add the missing part from Character Editor

As a test if I place an anus in the game then surgically install it, that works. 

 

Spoike too soon.  Turns out it doesn't work, going to go back to the drawing board.

I rebuilt my mods list. I wish I knew which mod was causing the issue, but I suspect it was one of either a surgery or an archotech mod.  I’m not sure which one unfortunately, but high in the suspect list is FE:DE surgery.
