Tsukiro modlist - Suggested mods that work with it?

Hi, Currently playing through the "Tsukiro" modlist through Wabbajack

Just wondering if anyone has suggestions for additions to add to the list without messing up the game balance too much?

I previously was playing Dungeon & Deviousness but lost the files for that. Then have found Tsukiro to be a bit too light on the sexual side of things in comparison. 

So looking for ideas of things that make it more interesting but hopefully not game breaking.
