Dynamic gender swap?

Hey guys,

 

Is there any way at all to have SL automatically change gender based on role of PC in a scene? So if male role, male gender, and if female role, female gender, and then same gender animations default to x (female for example)

 

Basically trying to make life easier as a futa char. Playing on Skyrim LE!
