How change skins and body parts in blander?

Well, I'm experimenting whit the animations in blender and my models are in underwear, there is a way to change to a naked skin?
Also I wonder how to chenge body parts, change penises, breast, etc...
There is any tutorial about how to use props? 

I can't manage to find proper tutorials

 

 

Which version of blender I had to use, in turbodriver's tutorial says to use 2.70, but in other sites are using 2.93
