Skyrim AE Issues: Auto Unbinding Keybinds & No Utility/Extended UI Menus

I am currently having a new issue where upon loading an existing save or starting a new game, a handful of keybinds from various mods just don't work. To get them to work, I must change them to another button then back to their original keybind. Some examples of mods this is happening to are; Jaxonz's Renamer, Facelight Plus, and Sexlab Defeat.

 

For the missing utility/extended ui menus, I mean the transparent menus that pop-up when you use Sexlab or Sexlab Tools to change the playing animation. Pressing "0" or "H" with these mods causes the game to pause and gives me the cursor to select something from a menu but the menu never shows even after waiting minutes and attempting multiple times.
