SSEEdit path issue

Currently having issues making SSEEdit work with this. I used MO2 to install Fallout4 mods, then uninstalled Fallout4 and started modding Skyrim SE, now SSEEdit keeps checking for mods in the Fallout4 directory, how do I change this? MO2 instance manager shows the correct path for Skyrim, tried opening Skyrim's launcher as some research on Google told me to do, opening SSEEdit from MO2 as well, but it keeps telling me it can't read the directory.
