What is the lot trait requirement for this one, good sir? I am not sure what the name of it is or where to download it?

I'm going to put this in Strangerville near Strike Point & let this be a Strip Club for the military there

 

The rationale? Simple. On the TV show M*A*S*H, there was a character nicknamed "Hotlips". This would be the Strip Club named after her ?????
