SexLab Error - consistance check of papyrus location storage Failed

I just encountered this warning after reloading a new game

and have no clue what it means

 

I didn't change anything in the load order/storage lines whatever of the mods.

I don't know what could have done this,

and it happens on all previous save files.

 

And I got no clue where I can enter a comand line in MCM.
