Weird MANA INFINITE bug related to worn equipement on AE version

Hi all

 

I started recently to encounter a weirdo bug. 

Basically i observed than i can channel spells... endlessly. And no..it's NOT the bug from the quest about purifying wells in Winterhold College.

This bugs happens ONLY if PC has some enchanted items equiped with Fortify Magicka enchant and it happens after various occasions... sleeping... traveling by carriage... 

Example before travelling PC can chanel a spell and it ends when mana goes to 0. After travelling... PC can channel endlessly.... 

It happens randomly to gear pieces. Once it can be jewelery, other time it can pieces of clothing.

Unequiping items makes the big disappear but re-equiping them makes it re-appear. Enchanting exactly the same piece of gear with the same enchantement makes a new "not bugged" item. So basically in the inventory i can have two absolutly identical items at first sight... but one of them makes the mana infinite.

 

Any ideas  ?
