A mod to remember inventory position

Does there exist such a mod that remembers the menu position when leaving the pip boy menu? For example if I equip vault suit, tab back out the game then tab back in I'm on the apparel menu at items beginning with V? I've tried most of the top UI mods on Nexus but can't see one that emulates this behaviour?

It would be particularly useful when trying the hundreds of Vtaw wardrobe items. Ideally I would love a character preview a la Oblivion but I imagine that would be a lot harder to implement!.
