maskedanonymity Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 Hi, I've really been interested in trying one of these player slave mods for skyrim, like Sanguine's Debauchery, for a while. Problem is, my copy of Skyrim is on Xbox and I don't have the hardware to run the PC version. My computer works fine for what I do, since I don't really play games much, so I can't justify buying a new rig just for a couple of Skyrim mods. And I've already maxed out my motherboard with the best hardware it can handle. My question: is there any way I could try one of these out on my Xbox version, like transferring files with a USB or similar, without getting into legal trouble? I'd really love to give it a try. Thanks a lot
Adam Jensen Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 Short answer: No. The Xbox and PS3 can barely handle Skyrim as it is.
Adam Jensen Posted June 30, 2013 Posted June 30, 2013 Also in order to run Sanguine's Debauchery you need FNIS, SKSE, Zaz resources, etc. Suffice to say that no, you can't run it on 360.
squall1151 Posted July 1, 2013 Posted July 1, 2013 also microsoft wont also it as it could also hack xbox. and youll have to reright VERYTHING so sorry. even on the new xbox one there wont be any mods, or on ps4.
Ches Posted July 1, 2013 Posted July 1, 2013 Completely impossible without hacking your Xbox. And even then, most of the mods might not even work, since they're designed for totally different (PC) hardware. Your best bet is to save up and buy a nice powerful gaming rig so that you always have the ability to decide whether you'd rather play a game on PC or console. And if you're seriously interested in modding, TES games (and Bethesda games in general) are almost always better suited for PCs. And this is coming from a person who primarily games on consoles.

Thanks a lot If you are interested in modding PC is the only way to go,even if you hack your xbox 360 mods won't work unless you have some serious skill in programming to convert the pc architecture to 360 architecture, and even then mods still probably would not work. Not to mention you would never be able to play games online on your 360 again if you hack it as your console will get banned, also with how much it will cost to hack it you could just upgrade your pc or buy a new one,as most hacks cost anywhere from $150 - $300 + $200-$250 for a new xbox 360 so you can play online again.
