Is there any mods out there that make your character at risk for catching a STD / STI from Humans and Creatures?

Just trying to make my playthrough more cautious when it comes to having sex.

I haven't used it myself, but there's OSTD. Requires the OStim sex system though, not sure what framework you're using.

 

EDIT: Never mind, Sexlab is also supported.
