convert Convert AC:S/ACV Bloofer Lady 3D Model to Armor?

Hello! This is my first time requesting. I've been looking for someone to help me create the beautiful "Bloofer Lady" DLC outfit for Evie Frye from Assassin's Creed Syndicate. It would be strictly for personal use. I found a 3D Model of the outfit on deviantART. I've tried to convert the armor myself using several tutorials, 3DS Max and Bodyslide Outfit Studio, but I struggle aligning the vertices of the sleeves and legs.

 

If someone would be so kind as to either convert it for me or give me pointers on aligning the arms and legs of an outfit to a Skyrim SE CBBE Body (I also use physics but don't need it), I'd be very grateful.
