THE SIMS 2 - Adult-Oriented/Sex/Fetish Mods and Drugs/Police?

Yeah, I don't know of any site that has these or if the drug mods even exist. Honestly, I'm looking for something like:

1. Mods that add penises/vaginas while naked but are hidden in CAS
2. I have a mod that adds sex animations, but I forgot what it's called. It also adds memories for virginity loss and stuff, and I'd like something to help flesh that out, or adds more animations.
3. A mod that adds drugs, and preferably police arrests/legal concequences for doing so, effects from the drugs, drug trafficking, etc. Similar to Basemental Drugs & Gangs but without the moodlets and shit like that because that's impossible for TS2. All it really has to add are the drugs themselves, though.
