trying to find a mod from years ago

the mod was like a bunker with a big billboard outside with women dressed up on it

there was a bunker when inside it was all modern, with a crate full of cloths

there is a picture frame with a woman's face (irl pic)

 

im shour it was located at one of the points i have marked on the map up the north 

 

if someone knows what mod im on about that would be grate
